Jason Valalik is a Certified Usability Engineer and has been conducting user centered design, customer experience and usability research for 10 years. Jason has experience with Fortune 500 companies such as Intel and Nike.  At Nike, he was responsible for the suite of user research testing for the Shox technology within the basketball group.  He’s also worked with niche companies such as Ziba Design where he collaborated with teams to create intuitive and unique user experiences through behavioral research and applying a variety of user centered design and brand research methodologies. Jason’s primary focus is on interactive experiences which he augments with his background in product and environmental experience research.   
 
Jason's customer-centric career has spanned everything from footwear to banking environments to consumer packaged goods, hardware , software and most recently telecommunications and mobile devices.  His current focus is on interactive channels and applications. Jason is currently freelancing.  His latest project was collaborating on the Hardware and Software design of the HTC Touch Diamond and Touch Pro user experiences.

He is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a recent member of Creative Good's Customer Experience Council Program.
