I believe this is the first time I have been writing about food on my blog so you know it must be good. It was a little rainy here in Seattle today so I decided to hunker down with a grilled cheese sandwich. I have always felt that playing music has opened up my right hemisphere and this piece on TED supports some of that thinking. It’s always great to get a different perspective on your own beliefs.
