Waterless Urinal
May 21st, 2006
The state-of-the-art, waterless urinal relies on a very simple principle: gravity. It works by allowing urine to pass through a liquid sealant that has a smaller density than urine. The urine goes directly into the drain so there is no flushing, and therefore no water required. The sealant system also keeps odors at bay A waterless urinal is cheaper to install because it doesn’t require any water plumbing, only plumbing for the sanitary system.
